Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Helivue Design. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, what to expect for delivery, and how international orders are handled.

Continental United States

We offer a flat-rate of $130 for standard shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit time is 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.

Canada

We ship to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Canadian customers are responsible for all applicable duties, brokerage fees, and taxes (including GST/HST/PST) assessed by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

United Kingdom

We ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders may be subject to UK import VAT and customs duties assessed by HMRC. For orders valued above the applicable UK import threshold, VAT and duties will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. Helivue Design does not collect UK VAT at checkout at this time.

European Union

We ship to EU member countries, including France. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. EU customers may be responsible for import VAT and customs duties in accordance with their country's regulations. For orders above the EU de minimis threshold (€150), customs duties may apply. Helivue Design does not collect EU VAT at checkout at this time — charges are assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders (Canada, UK, EU, and other countries) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. This means:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • These charges are assessed by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total.
  • Helivue Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

APO/FPO & Military Addresses

We ship to APO/FPO and DPO addresses via USPS where eligible. Please note that not all products — particularly oversized or freight items such as auxiliary fuel tanks — can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses due to size and carrier restrictions. If you are placing an order to a military address, please contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may be extended and are subject to military mail handling timelines.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For freight shipments, a carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
